The package comes with the LED light strip, the packets of cloud material and double-sided sticky tape. You arrange the lights however you want using the tape and then spread out the cloud material however you want and stick it to the tape as well. You can make it go up your wall, on part of your wall, or on your ceiling. It's a DIY

What goes on ceiling

You put the cloud and lights whereber you want and in any shape and form. Many people stick the tape up their wall onto their ceiling. You then press theLED lights and cloud material to the sticky tape to stay in place.

Does this come with the clouds or just a light.

Yes. You get the LED light string, a couple packs of the cloud material, and sticky tape to hang it all up.
