To commemorate Alexandre Gabriel's 20th anniversary as Master Blender, the Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum was crafted, showcasing a blend of the most exemplary extra-old rums from Barbados.

The Journey

Initially aged in bourbon casks in Barbados for an extended period, the rum embarks on a voyage across the ocean to the southwest of France. Here, it undergoes further maturation in small Ferrand French oak casks, a testament to the centuries-old “double ageing” process. This meticulous method bestows the rum with unparalleled smoothness and complexity, revealing a sophisticated palate. Flavors of chocolate, vanilla, ripe banana, roasted coconut, and a touch of fresh mango notes come to the forefront. Plantation XO 20th Anniversary distinguishes itself with a remarkably long finish, making it a rum that truly merits appreciation.

Nose: The initial stunning floral/fruity opening aroma is nothing short of transcendent, evolving to release fragrances of vanilla, cocoa, and milk chocolate.
