Corazon Tequila, aka Corazon de Agave Tequila, is a product of a family-owned distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, with over 135 years of tequila-making expertise. Founded on the inspiration of Don Celso Plascencia from as far back as 1896, the brand has since become one of the premier producers of 100% blue Weber agave harvested from the red soil of the Arandas regions of Mexico.

Now owned by renowned spirit conglomerate Sazerac, Corazon Tequila has maintained the vision of its founding father Don Celso—crafted with dedication, discipline, and tradition. Translated as "heart" in Spanish, Corazon Tequila is created to the highest standards of quality and environmental sustainability, winning international recognition and multiple awards for many of its offerings. The brand produces a range of selections, including single estate, single barrel, and its premium Expresiones del Corazon—a line of beautifully aged tequilas that combine maturation in select Buffalo Trace Distillery barrels.

Corazon de Agave Reposado tequila undergoes a maturation process in American oak barrels for 6 to 8 months, leading to a smoothness and complexity reminiscent of well-aged cognac and single malt scotch. This particular variant was aged in barrels formerly used for Blanton's bourbon. Cheers and savor the experience!
